What distinguishes our approach
Criminal matters call for patience, precision, and complete respect for the person at the centre of them. These are the qualities we bring to each instruction.
Thai Criminal Procedure Expertise
Our practitioners work within the Thai Criminal Procedure Code daily. We advise without simplification and without alarm — directly and accurately.
Complete Confidentiality
Every consultation, correspondence, and file is held under strict professional confidence. Discretion is not a feature here — it is the baseline.
English-Language Counsel
For visitors, expatriates, and international residents in Thailand, we provide full counsel in clear English — no interpreter required for the substance of your matter.
Early-Stage Attention
The early hours and days of a criminal matter often carry the most weight. We are available at the pre-charge stage — before decisions become harder to address.
Transparent, Fixed Fees
Each of our core services carries a clearly stated fee. No ambiguity, no hidden charges, no surprises in an already difficult time.
Unhurried Communication
We return calls and messages with care. If you have questions between appointments, we make time to address them without rushing the exchange.
Take the first step
Would it help to speak with someone today?
An initial consultation is an opportunity to set out the facts, understand the charge or investigation, and consider the path ahead — without pressure and without obligation to proceed further.
Common Questions
Questions we are often asked
What should I do if police ask me to come in for questioning?
You have rights under the Thai Criminal Procedure Code, including the right to have counsel present during a police interview. We recommend contacting us before attending — even briefly — so that we can clarify your position and, where possible, attend with you. What is said early can shape what follows later.
Can a foreign national be granted bail in Thailand?
Yes, though the court will consider flight risk carefully. Strong documentation of community ties, employment, and local connections — along with a suitably experienced bail application — can address these concerns. Our bail service is specifically designed to present this material in the most useful form to the court.
What does a charge sheet review cover?
A charge sheet review is a written document that explains what the specific statute requires the prosecution to establish, what defenses are visible on the face of the charge, and what the realistic procedural timeline looks like. It is suitable for family members or individuals who have received a summons and want to understand the matter clearly before deciding how to proceed.
How are your fees structured?
Each of our three core services carries a fixed fee stated clearly on our solutions page. These are: ฿33,500 for pre-charge investigation and police interview counsel; ฿18,500 for bail application and pre-trial representation; and ฿4,500 for a statute and charge sheet review. There are no additional fees beyond what is discussed and agreed before we commence.
Is my consultation confidential?
All communications with our office are held under professional legal privilege. The content of your consultation — and any matter we handle for you — is not shared outside our practice. This applies from the very first contact.
How quickly can you attend a police station?
We aim to respond to urgent pre-charge matters as promptly as possible during office hours. Our office is located in Lumphini, Pathum Wan — well-placed for central Bangkok police stations. For urgent matters, please call us directly rather than using the contact form.
